By creating an account or using BatchBot, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
BatchBot is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables users to create AI-powered content, including but not limited to videos, slideshows, AI-generated footage, AI avatars, AI-assisted voice generation, AI templates, workflows, formulas, and related creative assets for social media and other digital platforms. The service utilizes third-party AI providers and cloud-based infrastructure to generate and process content.
To use BatchBot, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:

BatchBot offers subscription plans and one-time credit purchases. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following:
Refund Policy. All subscription charges are non-refundable. The sole exception is a verified billing error directly attributable to BatchBot, such as being charged the incorrect amount or being charged after a confirmed cancellation. Temporary unavailability or degraded performance of third-party AI providers, internet outages, cloud infrastructure failures, or other circumstances outside BatchBot's reasonable control do not constitute grounds for a refund. If you believe you were incorrectly charged, you must contact us within 30 days of the charge.
New users may be offered a free trial with a starter credit allowance. Where a payment method is required, you will not be charged until the trial ends. Trial credits expire when the trial ends and cannot be recovered. Trial availability, duration, and credit amounts may change or be discontinued at any time.
Credits are consumed by AI generation features. Credit costs vary depending on the selected model, resolution, duration, feature, or other generation settings.
Credits are non-transferable between accounts.
If an AI generation fails due to a technical error before completion, applicable credits will generally be refunded automatically.
Any attempt to exploit, circumvent, or manipulate the credit system—including but not limited to automated scripts, exploiting software bugs, intentionally triggering billing edge cases, abusing trial offers, or obtaining credits without corresponding payment—constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You retain ownership of the content you upload or create through BatchBot, including but not limited to:
subject to the licenses granted in these Terms.
If you upload images or other materials to create AI avatars, you represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all rights, permissions, and legal authority necessary to use those materials.
You may not upload or generate avatars depicting identifiable individuals without appropriate authorization or otherwise in violation of applicable law, privacy rights, publicity rights, contractual obligations, or intellectual property rights.
BatchBot does not verify ownership, identity, or consent for uploaded materials and is not responsible for user-provided avatar content.
If you upload voice recordings, reference audio, or other audio inputs, you represent and warrant that you have all rights and permissions necessary to use those recordings.
You may not upload recordings that infringe another person's intellectual property rights, publicity rights, privacy rights, contractual rights, or other legal rights, or use another person's voice without authorization where required by law.
AI-generated outputs are subject to the terms, policies, and limitations of the applicable third-party AI providers used by BatchBot.
You are solely responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing or distributing it.
Users may choose to publish AI templates, prompts, workflows, formulas, or similar content ("Community Formulas") for use by other users.
By publishing Community Formulas, you grant BatchBot a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, distribute, format, and make those Community Formulas available through the service.
BatchBot may remove, restrict, edit, disable, decline to publish, or otherwise moderate Community Formulas at its sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including violations of these Terms, legal concerns, quality standards, or community guidelines.
You grant BatchBot a limited worldwide license to process, reproduce, store, transmit, modify where technically necessary, and display your uploaded content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, improving, and providing the service.
Subject to these Terms and applicable third-party provider terms, you own the final AI-generated outputs and may use them commercially.
You agree not to use BatchBot to:
We reserve the right to remove content, restrict access, suspend or terminate accounts, recover costs arising from abuse, and report unlawful activity where required or permitted by law.
BatchBot integrates with third-party services to provide functionality, including AI generation, payment processing, cloud infrastructure, and storage.
Your prompts, uploaded files, voices, images, and other inputs may be transmitted to third-party providers solely as necessary to provide requested functionality.
Your use of outputs generated through those providers remains subject to their applicable terms and policies.
BatchBot is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, performance, security, or policies of third-party services.
Uploaded assets, generated content, avatars, audio, templates, formulas, and related project data may be stored while your account remains active.
Temporary processing files may be deleted automatically after completion.
BatchBot may delete inactive account data after twelve (12) months of inactivity.
BatchBot is provided on an "as available" basis.
We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, software updates, third-party AI providers, cloud providers, internet outages, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
BatchBot is a content creation platform only.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content created or published using BatchBot complies with the policies, community guidelines, advertising requirements, and applicable laws of any platform where the content is distributed, including but not limited to TikTok, TikTok Shop, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X, Snapchat, or other services.
BatchBot does not guarantee that generated content will be accepted, approved, monetized, or remain published on any platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BatchBot and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or data loss arising from your use of the service.
This limitation includes losses arising from platform moderation, account suspensions, content removal, AI-generated outputs, third-party provider failures, or any reliance on generated content.
BatchBot's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid to BatchBot during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
BatchBot is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BatchBot disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation.
We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will satisfy your requirements or be free of inaccuracies, errors, bias, or policy restrictions.
You may terminate your account at any time.
BatchBot may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts immediately if these Terms are violated or if continued access presents legal, security, operational, or business risks.
Upon termination, your right to access the service immediately ends. BatchBot may delete stored content after a reasonable period.
We may modify these Terms from time to time.
Material changes may be communicated through email, the BatchBot website, or within the service.
Your continued use of BatchBot after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
